No... but I see where you're going with that. The Quantum Theory is about the earth at a Quantum level, which means broken down to the smallest units (atoms, quarks, electrons, photons, etc.). Bohr is talking about how the Quantum Theory is so crazy different from Classical Physics that if you understand it, you are literally baffled that it's true. Which is why I love Quantum Physics so much - that it's really hard to accept that this stuff is true without accepting a supernatural explanation :)
So, I am guessing the quantum theory has to do with electrical charge, am I right?
